Terms of service
The rules of engagement between us and customers using Clorrior for interview scheduling, onboarding, skill-gap identification, training recommendations and productivity tracking.
What these terms cover
These terms describe how the Clorrior service may be used, what we commit to, and what we do not - across the full ramp-up journey from interview scheduling to productivity tracking.
A signed order form for a paid plan can add or override specific clauses; the order form controls where there is a conflict.
Accounts and workspaces
A workspace is the container inside which a customer coordinates interviews, runs onboarding, identifies skill gaps and tracks productivity. Access is granted per user under a role - HR administrator, hiring manager or new hire - and each role sees only what it is authorised to see.
Customers are responsible for keeping their workspace roster accurate, for revoking access when a user leaves, and for configuring integrations they choose to enable.
Acceptable use
Clorrior is designed to support ramp-up outcomes and specific gaps - not to profile individuals for purposes unrelated to their job, and not to be used as a keystroke-level surveillance tool. Attempting to use the service in that way, or in ways that violate applicable employment or privacy law, is a breach of these terms.
The service is also not intended to make final employment decisions on its own. Skill-gap flags and training recommendations are inputs to a manager's judgment, not replacements for it.
What we commit to
- Deliver the service as described on our site, with reasonable operational quality.
- Encrypt traffic in transit and data at rest at the storage layer.
- Restrict production access to a small operations rota with logged actions.
- Give customers a way to export their own workspace data on request.
- Give reasonable notice when we change these terms or the underlying service.
What we do not commit to
- An availability guarantee beyond what is stated in an active order form.
- Perfect accuracy of skill-gap flags - they are signals, subject to manager review.
- Support beyond the tier defined in your active plan.
- Retention beyond the periods described in our privacy policy.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed on hire volume, as described on the Pricing page and reflected in a signed order form. Failure to pay within agreed terms allows us to suspend the workspace on reasonable notice.
Term and termination
Either side may terminate for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period. On termination, customer workspace data is exportable for a defined window and then deleted, in line with the customer's chosen retention setting.
Intellectual property
The service, product design, models and content library remain our intellectual property. Customer data - interview loops, hire records, ramp curves and everything specific to that customer - remains the customer's.
Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months prior to the claim, unless an order form provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in an active order form. Where no order form applies, disputes are handled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction our services are provided from.
